New Poetry Chapbook: “A Great Siberian Silence”

It’s here!!!

A Great Siberian Silence cover

Paperback: Amazon

Ebook: Amazon Kindle | Nook | Smashwords

This is a collection of poems from an especially fruitful poetry season — the year and a half I was living in Siberia. In a sense, this book is a tribute to that time, that place, and all the beautiful souls I met there.

What makes this project particularly special, however, is the epigraph (included with permission) from Katherine MacKenett, the Fridge Poet I interviewed on this blog years ago. Her poetry was such a solace and inspiration to me during difficult times (homesickness, etc.), so I count her as one of the people I “met” in Russia. She unfortunately passed away last year, so this book is also, in a special way, a tribute to her and the impact she had on me and so many.

Thanks for your help, Katherine!
